Mawa Recipe / Khoa Recipe is a simple sweet recipe. It is also known as Khoya. It’s very simple recipe and can be made easily at home with less effort. This can be used for making different sweets as well as kulfi.

Milk – ¾ cup
Milk Powder – 50 gms
Sugar – ½ tsp
Ghee – 1 tsp
Method to Prepare Mawa Recipe / Khoya Recipe with Milk Powder
1. Heat ghee in a nonstick pan.
2. Add milk to it when it starts boiling add sugar and mix well till sugar melts.
3. Now add milk powder and mix well till it thickens and becomes dry.
4. Then switch off flame and keep aside for cooling.
