Potato Pakoda / Pakora

Potato Pakoda / Pakora is a tasty North Indian Snacks. Pakodas / Pakoras are a good easy to prepare snacks for teatime. It is basically a North Indian Cuisine. It is commonly available in streets of north India.

Besan: 1 cup

Potato: 2 number (medium)

Onion: 1 number (small)

Green Chilly: 1 number

Coriander Leaves: as required

Salt: As per taste

Oil: for frying

Method to Prepare Potato Pakoda / Pakora

1. In a bowl add besan, finely chopped potato, onion, green chilly, coriander leaves & salt. Mix well in a semi thick batter.

2. Heat oil in a deep bottomed pan.

3. With spoon drop small pakoda’s in oil.

4. Fry till golden brown in colour.

Serve with tomato ketchup.
