Onion: 3 numbers (Big Size)
Chick Flour / Besan: 1 cup
Rice Powder: 2 tablespoon
Green Chilly: 1 number
Coriander leaves: 2 tablespoon (chopped)
Ajwain: 1/3 teaspoon
Amchur / Mango Powder: 1/3 teaspoon
Kashmiri Chilly Powder: ½ teaspoon
Turmeric Powder: ¼ teaspoon
Salt: As per taste
Oil: Required for frying
Method to Prepare Onion Pakoda
1. Take a bowl, put besan, rice powder, ajwain, amchur, kashmiri chilly powder, turmeric powder & salt, then add water and make dough for pakoda & keep for 15 minutes
2. Add chopped onion, green chilly, coriander leaves & mix well
3. Heat oil in a deep bottomed vessel then with spoon put small portions of pakoda mix already prepared to oil
4. Fry till light brown in colour.
Onion Pakodas are ready. Serve hot with tomato ketchup. Enjoy your rainy season with hot onion pakodas.
