Method to Prepare Bread Unniyappam
1. Smash bread pieces and keep aside.
2. Melt karipetti with little water.
3. Add coconut pieces, jeera, pinch salt & banana & mix well.
4. Heat oil in a deep bottomed pan. With help of spoon put batter in small proportions on low heat. Cook till brown in colour.
Your Bread Unniyappam is ready to serve. Serve hot.
