Ingredients

Karimeen – 3 no’s

Pepper – 1 tsp

Red chilly powder – ½ tsp

Ginger – a small piece

Garlic – 5 clove

Turmeric – ¼ tsp

Salt

Curry Leaves – 1 sprig

Oil – for frying


Method to Prepare Kerala Style Karimeen Fry

1. Clean karimeen.

2. In a grinder put pepper, red chilly powder, turmeric, salt, ginger and garlic, grind it to a smooth paste.

3. Marinate karimeen with above grinded paste.

4. Heat oil in a pan, put some curry leaves.

5. Put fish one by one and fry on both sides.

Serve hot with rice.
