Flat Beans: 4 numbers
Onion: 1 number (big)
Green chili: 1 numbers
Garlic: 1/2 teaspoon (paste)
Coconut: 1 teaspoon (chopped)
Turmeric powder: 1/4 tsp
Oil: for frying
Salt: as required
1. Chop beans, onion, slit green chili.
2. In a pan add beans, onion, green chili, chopped coconut, garlic paste, salt, turmeric & 1 cup of water.
3. Cook till water evaporates completely.
4. Heat oil in a pan & add above mix to it & fry.
Flat Beans fry is ready to serve.
