Fish: 4 – 5 pieces

Turmeric powder: ¼ teaspoon

Kashmiri red chilly: ½ teaspoon

Ginger Garlic paste: 1 teaspoon

Salt: as required

Oil: for frying


Method to Prepare Simple Fish Fry Recipe

1. Clean fish pieces.

2. Marinate fish pieces with kashmiri chilly, turmeric powder, salt, ginger garlic paste & one teaspoon of oil. Keep it for 30 minutes.

3. Heat oil in pan, add marinated fish & fry well on both sides.
