Rice – 2 cup

Water – 4 cup (boiled)

Oil / Butter – 3 tbsp

Beans – ½ cup

Carrot – ½ cup

Onion – 1 (medium chopped)

Salt – 2 tsp

Cardamom – 2

Clove – 2

Cinnamon – 1 small

Star anise – 1

Red food colour – a pinch (optional)

Method to Prepare Veg Fried Rice Recipe

1. In a bowl heat oil add cinnamon, cardamom, clove, star anise and saute till nice aroma comes.

2. Put onion, carrot and beans and saute for 5 – 6 minutes

3. Add drained rice and saute for few seconds.

4. Add hot boiled water, salt to it and cook on low flame till water evaporates. Add food colour diluted in 1 tsp water and keep it for few seconds.

Your Veg Fried Rice Recipe is ready to serve. Serve rice with curry of your choice.
