Egg Fried Rice

Egg fried rice is an easy recipe for beginners. It can be made with all the ingredients readily available at home. It’s a healthy recipe to be tried at home.

Basmati rice – 2 cup

Onion – 1 large

Capsicum – 1 (small)

Carrot – 1 (Large)

Egg – 6

Black Pepper – 2 tbsp (powdered)

Green Chilly – 1 (grinded / paste)

Soy sauce – 4 tbsp

Clove – 2

Cardamom – 2

Cinnamon – 1

Oil – 2 tbsp

Vinegar – 1 tbsp (optional)

Salt – as per taste

Water – 4 cup

Method to Prepare Egg Fried Rice

1.Take 2 cups of rice wash it. Once it is done, par boil the rice and keep it aside.

2. Take a pan and heat oil, over medium flame. Saute the onion on high flame for 3 – 4 minutes.

3. Once the onions is translucent, add the remaining vegetables and cook on high flame for 5 minutes add vinegar and saute for few seconds.

4. Keep stirring and add green chilli paste, salt and soya sauce. Keep the flame high.

5. Take a pan and break the eggs into the pan and stir-fry for 5 minutes.

6. Add oil and saute well.

7. Now add cooked rice and mix well.

Serve hot.
